  • 2.1 acres (30%) Zinfandel
  • 1.9 acres (27%) Viognier
  • 1.1 acres (15%) Syrah
  • 1.0 acres (14%) Tempranillo
    (grafted onto Zinfandel root stock)
  • .66 acres (9%) Cabernet Sauvignon
    (grafted onto Viognier root stock in April 2020)
  • .34 acres (5%) Petite Sirah
    (grafted onto Viognier root stock in April 2020)

 

Triassic had its largest grape harvest yet in 2020, bringing in 30.61 tons of fabulous fruit. The juice from that tonnage is aging to perfection right now.
