with the following distribution...

  • 2.1 acres (30%) Zinfandel
  • 1.9 acres (27%) Viognier
  • 1.1 acres (15%) Syrah
  • 1.0 acres (14%) Tempranillo
    (grafted onto Zinfandel root stock)
  • .66 acres (9%) Cabernet Sauvignon
    (grafted onto Viognier root stock in April 2020)
  • .34 acres (5%) Petite Sirah
    (grafted onto Viognier root stock in April 2020)

Triassic had an earlier than usual grape harvest in the second and third weeks of September 2021, bringing in 20.21 tons of beautiful fruit. The juice from that tonnage is aging to perfection right now.
